Who I am

Tears In X-Ray Eyes is responsible for your personal information under UK data protection law. You can contact me at info@tearsinxrayeyes.com.

What I collect

Your email address, if you choose to give it to me, for example instead of pre-saving on Spotify.

Basic Spotify account details (such as your name and email) if you pre-save through Spotify. This is shared via the pre-save platform Show.co when you approve Spotify's permissions screen. I never see your Spotify password. Website usage data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies by my website host, Wix.

How I use it

Only to tell you about my music: new releases, videos and occasional news. I won't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Why I'm allowed to use it

I rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing from any email I send, or by emailing me.

Who else handles it

Show.co runs my pre-save campaigns, and Wix hosts my website. These companies process your information on my behalf and under their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@tearsinxrayeyes.com and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
